UK-based accountancy firm Larking Gowen has added new trainees to its professional training programme.   

This year’s cohort of new starters is a diverse mix of school leavers, university graduates, and placement year students, the company said in its press release.  

They will be stationed across Larking Gowen’s offices in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex, where they will begin their career in accountancy and taxation. 

In addition to these core areas, the trainees will also have the opportunity to pursue other specialist certifications, the company added.

Larking Gowen was founded in 1888 and has a team of more than 350 individuals working across six offices in East Anglia. 

The company’s expertise spans across several industries, including agriculture, medical, charities, education, legal, construction, and tourism.  

The firm also has specialised teams that focus on corporate finance, personal and corporate tax, VAT, business strategy and support, as well as business recovery.
