PwC Middle East has confirmed the election of Riyadh Al Najjar to the PwC Global Board.
Al Najjar serves as chairman of the Board and Country Senior Partner for Saudi Arabia.

The appointment is effective from 25 June 2025, according to a press release from the accounting giant.
The PwC Global Board is responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing significant global initiatives, and ensuring coherence across various regions to promote sustainable growth and transformation.
“Through establishing robust governance frameworks, integrating risk management into decision-making, and driving operational excellence, he has strengthened strategic execution, ensuring accountability and long-term value creation,” the company’s statement read.
In response to his election, Al Najjar said: “I am honoured to join the PwC Global Board and contribute to shaping the firm’s strategic direction on a global scale.
