The new venture is led by Joy Duce, a seasoned industry expert with more than two decades of experience in helping organisations achieve their business objectives through talent management.
In the new role, she is responsible for managing the delivery of a range of consulting services across talent management and outsourcing.
Duce will also help businesses meet their strategic goals and manage compliance requirements.
