The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) CEO Anton Colella is to step down after being appointed Moore Stephens International CEO.
Collela had joined ICAS in 2006 and will remain in place until the institute finds a successor.

Through this appointment Moore Stephens is revising its governance structure: Moore Stephens International executive chairman Richard Moore will become a non-executive chairman, while COO Mike Hathorn will work alongside Collela through a transition period until he retires in April 2018.
