Multimedia group ZoomerMedia Limited has appointed BDO Canada LLP as its auditor. PwC resigned as a auditor, effective 24 June 2019, and the board of directors appointed BDO Canada until the next annual general meeting.

There were no reservations in PwC’s audit reports for the period commencing at the beginning of ZoomerMedia’s two most recent financial years and ending at the date of PwC’s resignation. There are no “reportable events” (as the term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”)) between the company and PwC.

ZoomerMedia is a multimedia company that serves the 45-plus ‘Zoomer’ demographic through television, radio, magazine, internet and trade shows.
