Weaver, a US member of Baker Tilly International, is to expand its energy credit brokering services from 3 October.
As part of its renewable and energy compliance practice, the firm will offer assistance on the purchase and sale of energy credits, including renewable identification numbers, sulfur credits, benzene credits and low carbon fuel standard credits.
These services will be managed by Sandra Dunphy, a director in Weaver’s energy compliance practice, and Candace Loesby, who joined the firm from a multinational energy company.
Weaver is one of the largest independent accounting firms in the Southwest with 450 employees at offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Midland, Odessa and San Antonio.
