UHY International has extended its presence in China by
admitting Shanghai ZhongHua
Certified Public Accountants as a new member firm.

Shanghai ZhongHua CPAs has 22 partners
and 300 staff. The firm specialises in the business needs of more
than 1,000 clients, including privately-held businesses, listed
companies and foreign investment organisations.

UHY International chairman John
Wolfgang said the firm’s admittance will add regional market
expertise.

“We strongly believe the firm is a very
good fit for our network but more importantly especially for
clients that are opening operations in China. Shanghai ZhongHua
CPAs have not only worked internationally but are used to dealing
with inbound and outbound requirements,” Wolfgang said.
