UHY International
has strengthened its coverage of the Nordic region by admitting
Finish firm TietoAkseli. The addition means the network has a firm
in all of the Nordic countries except Iceland.
Established in 1991, TietoAkseli has five
partners and 35 staff. It provides bookkeeping, tax and management
consultancy services from offices in Jyväskylä, Helsinki, Oulu and
Mikkeli.
The majority of TietoAkseli’s clients have an
international focus, which is why the firm joined UHY
International.
“In recent years there have been occasions
when our clients have asked us whether we could recommend them a
company to help them establish business overseas. The strong UHY
network will make this question easy to answer now,” managing
partner Mikko Akselin said.
“Also as a strong player in the Finnish
accounting sector we are happy to have the opportunity to serve
international clients establishing operations in Finland.”
TietoAkseli has also two affiliate companies.
ValueFrame provides web-based professional services solutions for
small- and medium-sized companies and Odeco provides consultancy
and training to companies to help them develop managers and
staff.
