Russell Bedford recruits Canadian, Tajikistani and Ghanaian firms

Russell Bedford International has added
Berris Mangan Chartered Accountants as the network’s member firm in
Vancouver, Canada; Asian Business Group (ABG) in Tajikistan; and
Kwame Asante & Associates as a correspondent in Ghana.

Berris Mangan consists of seven equity
partners, two principals and 44 professional and support
personnel.

ABG, which was created in 2005, claims to be
one of the leading accounting and audit firms in Tajikistan.

The firm provides audit, finance and business
consulting, and tax/legal services. ABG has a diverse client base,
including institutions and corporations in the energy, finance and
telecommunications sectors.

The firm has 15 staff and three partners.

Kwame Asante & Associates has three
partners and is based in Accra, the capital of Ghana.

The firm focuses largely on audit work,
including statutory, tax, forensic, performance, procurement and
payroll audits. 

The West African firm also offers consulting
services, accounting, tax consulting and company formation
services.
