Russell Bedford International has admitted The
Watermark Group as its new member firm in Johannesburg, South
Africa.
The Watermark Group, founded in 1981, is a
full-service practice offering professional services through three
business units: Watermark Auditors Incorporated, Waterford
Financial Management and Waterford Asset Managers.
Waterford Financial Management provides
corporate clients with a broad range of accounting services
including bookkeeping and payroll, business valuations, company
secretarial services, tax planning and compliance, estate planning,
due diligence investigations and assistance with stock exchange
listings.
Waterford Asset Managers administers clients’
investment funds.
The firm has more then 40 staff with five
partners and services a diverse customer base of more than 1,600
clients, including private companies and provident funds.
