RSM Tenon has reshuffled its board following a
structural review that coincides with its planned listing on the
London Stock Exchange (LSE).
The board has been reconstructed to comprise
of two executive directors and three non-executive directors.
It is now made up of:
- Bob Morton as non-executive
- Andy Raynor as chief
- Russell McBurnie as finance
- Adrian Martin as non-executive
deputy chairman and senior independent director; and
- John Newman as non-executive director.
The reshuffle also sees Carl Jackson, Tony
Stockdale, Richard Smith and Mark Lucas stepping down from the
board. They will retain their current executive roles as members of
RSM Tenon’s operating board, which is responsible for the
operations of the group.
The company announced earlier this month that
it intended to delist from the Alternative Investment Market to
list on the LSE.
Its prospectus is expected to be published
soon and its admission onto the LSE is expected to become effective
on 27 May 2010.
