RSM Tenon has recruited 115 trainees across 20
offices for roles in accounts, audit, risk management, outsourcing,
recovery and tax.
The firm said new joiners, including a
professional ballet dancer and a tiger trainer, started training
with a week of programmes on technical, behavioural and core
development skills.
Chris Merry, CEO, said: ‘RSM Tenon is built on
team work, challenging norms and embracing diverse people and
ideas. We invest a lot in our trainees as they are our future
directors and partners.’
RSM Tenon has had a troubled year, and in
February reported a 9.3% drop in revenues for the second half of
2011. It then announced plans to cut 10% of its staff and merge
offices as part of a cost saving programme.
