RSM Tenon appoints Belsman as head of tax

Former Vantis national head of tax Paul Belsman has been appointed head of tax at UK firm RSM Tenon.

Belsman joined RSM Tenon when it acquired almost £7m ($11m) of Vantis’s assets in July – just a few weeks after Vantis entered administration.

Belsman has been advising entrepreneurial businesses and high net worth individuals for more than 25 years, specialising on business re-organisation and the real estate sector.

RSM Tenon chief executive Andy Raynor said the appointment comes at a very important time as companies and individuals begin feeling the effects of new legislation including a higher rate of tax and new tax avoidance procedures.
