RSM Italy has merged with PA Audit
Practice.

The combined firm, which will now be branded
as RSM Italy Audit and Assurance, has eight partners and 45 staff
with offices in Agrigento, Bologna, Brescia, Empoli, Palermo,
Padova, Milan, Rome and Torino.

“The merger announcement is welcome news for
RSM International as it further enhances our presence in an
important European market and gives our clients more quality
service in the region,” RSM International chief executive Jean
Stephens said.
