Rödl & Partner has become the first German
accounting and legal advisory firm to establish offices in
Mexico.
The firms Mexico City and Puebla offices will
provide accounting, audit, tax and M&A services to companies
from German speaking countries operating in Mexico.
They specialise in the automotive, logistics,
machinery and retail industries. The two Mexican offices currently
have 10 members of staff and hope to increase this to 30 by the end
of the year.
Former PwC partner and head of the firm’s
German desk José García will manage Rödl & Partner’s Mexican
offices.
Rödl & Partner said with this latest
development the integrated partnership is now represented at all
the important locations of the German automotive industry
worldwide.
“All the main automotive suppliers are today
represented in Mexico. It is essential that we can now accompany
our clients in this significant market with our own professionals,”
Rödl & Partner managing partner Marcus Felsner said.
Rödl & Partner now has 86 offices across
39 countries around the globe.
