Kenneth Wise has been appointed leader of
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Slovakia’s assurance practice. He has
also been made a partner in the firm’s audit and assurance
practice.

Wise takes over from Maria Fruhwaldova who
retired at the end of June.

As part of his role, Wise will deal with some
of the largest clients in the Slovakian market and help grow the
firm’s presence.

Prior to joining PwC Slovakian firm, Wise
spent nearly 33 years with PwC US. He has been an assurance partner
since 1987.

Wise also played a significant role in PwC’s
assurance practice global quality review programme, where he
oversaw several projects across Central and Eastern Europe as well
as in the US and Asia- Pacific.

PwC Slovakia has two offices, eight partners
and 300 staff.
