PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Russia has
appointed James Anderson as a partner specialising in audit and
assurance for the energy and mining sector.
Anderson has been with PwC for 15 years,
starting out as auditor in the firm’s London office.
He has since worked for PwC Venezuela, PwC’s
San Francisco office and for the past year has been a part of the
PwC global audit and consulting network in San Jose, US.
PwC is the largest professional services firm
in Russia with fee income of RUB 7,582 million ($248) for year
ended June 2009 according to International Accounting
Bulletin data.
PwC Russia has about 2,000 staff and five
offices.
