PwC names information security leader

PwC has appointed Andrew Miller as head of its government information security services in the UK.

Miller’s role will involve constructing a high-level information security capability to meet the needs of government. He previously worked for Fujitsu Defence and Security and was responsible for the transformation of the security services portfolio.  As part of the transformation, Miller formed and sat on the board of a joint venture with British Telecom and aerospace company Thales in a campaign for a £1 billion security infrastructure deal.

Miller has also aided a number of high-profile government departments in developing their security capabilities and worked at boutique firm Insight Consulting for seven years.
