PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has launched PwC
Open University.
The initiative allows free online access to
150 courses. PwC said it covers some areas of major concern to
executives and managers.
The curriculum is organised by topic and
delivered via webcast, podcast or e-learning.
PwC US chief learning officer Tom Evans said
the publishing of the courseware aligns with the firm’s mission to
use knowledge to solve many of businesses’ most complex
problems.
“In today’s knowledge-based economy, education
is essential to drive innovation, value creation and to open the
door of opportunity for highly-skilled jobs,” Evans said.
