PwC Ireland has revealed a 5.7% gender pay gap and an 11.8% gender bonus gap. The figures compare to an overall gender pay gap in Eire of 13.9%, according to local media reports. The firm says the main driver of the pay gap is the fact that more of its senior roles are held by men.
PwC Ireland reported its gender pay gap ahead of plans by the Dublin government to make such disclosures mandatory. It is the first of the big four firms to report this figure in Ireland.
