PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Czech Republic
has appointed new partners David Borkovec, Václav Prýmek and Jiří
Zouhar.

Borkovec has experience in corporate income
tax advisory and will become a partner of PwC’s tax and legal
services team.

His role will involve advising Czech companies
and their owners on international tax planning and transfer
pricing.

Prýmek and Zouhar have been appointed partners
of PwC’s assurance business.

Prýmek has experience with projects for
international and Czech companies in the telecommunications and
services sectors.

He will be responsible for audit and strategic
accounting consultancy services to clients operating in the gas and
technology sectors.

Zouhar will be responsible for audit and
assurance services to clients in the automotive sector and will
provide advice on US accounting standards to companies operating in
Central and Eastern Europe.

All three posts will begin 1 July.
