PwC has appointed Dame Fiona Kendrick to its Public Interest Body (PIB) with effect from 1 July 2019. Dame Fiona, a former chief executive and chairman of Nestle UK, joins Samantha Barrass, Sir Ian Gibson, Justin King CBE, Lord O’Donnell and Paul Skinner CBE as independent non-executives (INEs) providing deep experience and oversight to the firm.
Kevin Ellis, chairman and senior partner of PwC UK, said: “I’m delighted that Dame Fiona will be joining our Public Interest Body. Dame Fiona will bring a wealth of experience, insight and expertise to our firm. PwC’s INEs play a critical role in the firm’s governance and decision making processes as well as helping to shape and influence the business more broadly.
