PwC US has teamed up with intermediary
services provider Accruit to offer like-kind exchange (LKE)
services to their clients.
PwC and Accruit have more than 20 years of
combined experience providing LKE programme services and the joint
business relationship will enable them to work together to deliver
a LKE programme, leveraging PwC’s experience in providing LKE tax
advisory services and Accruit’s knowledge of LKE QI services.
“We are pleased to enter this joint business
relationship with a team of talented professionals whose track
record of delivering quality LKE services reflects our commitment
to bringing our clients the resources to address their LKE
programme needs,” PwC’s LKE services co-leader David Fowler
said.
PwC will also take responsibility for LKE tax
reporting for Accruit’s existing LKE programme clients and has
designated Accruit as its preferred provider of QI services for
future LKE programme clients.
