The Auckland member firm of New Zealand
network Markhams has acquired fellow Praxity member firm O’Halloran
HMT.

The O’Halloran acquisition brings a team of 13
professional and support staff.

John Teague and Dennis Munn have joined
Markhams as partners, while Rob Hargrave and Kiran Bhikha have
become principals.

The Markhams network also recently acquired
the 40-staff firm Clarke Craw from Dunedin.
