Praxity member firm FIDES has merged with
Hamburg-based firm Kemsat creating one of the largest mid-tier
firms in the North West Germany.

FIDES has thirty partners, 300 staff and
nearly €30 million in annual revenue. The firm’s largest clients
are from the owner-managed business sector and larger SMEs with
international requirements.

Its headquarters are in Bremen and there are
branches in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Rostock and Cologne.

Shipping, real estate focus

Managing partner Andreas Noodt said the main reason for the
merger with Kemsat is to enhance the size of the firm’s Hamburg
operations as well as gain new expertise in the shipping and real
estate sector.

Noodt believes the merger will enable the firm
to compete with the Big Four in the North West region.

The firm’s strategy focuses on serving SMEs
and smaller corporate enterprises.
