Praxity has added Pakistan based Hameed
Chaudhri & Co. to its association.

Hameed Chaudhri & Co. specialise in audit,
accountancy, tax and consulting services and employs approximately
100 people across two offices.

Praxity chairman Jos van Huut said Hameed
Chaudhri & Co has been actively involved in listing IPOs of
many large international companies in Pakistan and is one of the
first firms to introduce the concept of preference shares,
convertible preference shares and other debt instruments in
Pakistan.

“Additionally they have both a strong
financial services and manufacturing client base and this is a
further step in Praxity’s intention to strengthen its presence in
this key part of the world,” Huut said.

Praxity’s only other member firm in the county
is Mazars.
