RSM International has admitted
Polish firm KZWS to its network. KZWS is the first firm in Poland
to join RSM International as the network was previously represented
in the country by its former French and German member firms.

KZWS has five offices, covering Warsaw,
Poznan, Krakow and Wroclaw. The firm has 58 professional staff and
10 partners.

In 2008, KZWS had fee income of PLN4.6 million
($1.6 million), which is forecast to grow to PLN6 million during
its 2009 financial year. That would place KZWS as the 12th-largest
firm in the International Accounting Bulletin’s 2009 Poland
survey.

The firm would be placed above Global Audit
Partner, a member firm of EuraAudit International, which recorded
fee income of PLN1.6 million in 2008. Ecovis System Rewident, which
had fee income of PLN6.7 million, would be the firm placed above
KZWS.

Since 2006, KZWS has focused on providing
services to international companies, which comprise about 80
percent of its current client base.

The firm has specialist German, French and
English desks that operate within its tax, advisory, audit,
accountancy and international departments.

RSM International chief executive Jean
Stephens said KZWS stands out in terms of its quality, values and
ambition.

“It offers excellent service to clients in
Poland and its admission to RSM International means clients of RSM
member firms with business interests in Poland will be represented
at the highest level,” Stephens said.
