Plante Moran is to merge with Chicago-based
firm Blackman Kallick, effective 1 July.
The newly merged firm is expected to increase
Plante Moran’s revenues by about $70m to $375m annual turnover.
In the latest International Accounting
Bulletin US survey, Plante Moran was ranked as the nation’s
12th largest firm, reporting revenues of $304.5m.
Following the merger, the firm will have 2,000
staff across 22 offices in three states and three international
offices.
