Aqua Bio Technology will appoint RSM Norge as company auditor at an EGM to be held on 27 June 2019.

Aqua Bio Technology is working to develop new active ingredients for skin care that are based on natural and sustainable substances as alternatives to petroleum based ingredients. The firm is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange’s Axess market.
