Nexia International has added a new member firm Caudexco, in Gabon. With its main office in Libreville, Caudexco has three partners and ten members of staff
The firm provides accounting, legal and contractual audit of accounts, financial engineering, consolidation and reporting, risk management and internal control, due diligence, direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing and payroll management services. It specialises in providing services to many sectors including mining, gas, oil, telecommunications and IT and the insurance and financial sector.
