Nexia International has added member firms in
Angola, Italy, Nicaragua, the Philippines and Togo.
Italian firm Hager & Partners is the
largest addition and has three offices in Bolzano, Milan and Rome.
It’s annual fee income is $16m.
The firm has seven partners and 46 professional staff and
specialises in Italian and international tax, commercial and
corporate law, and financial report preparation. It also provides
advisory services for corporate transactions, mergers and
acquisitions.
Nexia International has also admitted Nicaragua firm Narciso Salas
Chávez, based in Managua, and Maceda Valencia & Co, which is
based in the Philippines capital Manila.
Other new additions are Angolan firm
Ng-Auditoria and Consultoria LDA and Togo firm Audit &
Consulting Center A2C.
