Moss Adams merges with Kansas firm

Moss Adams has entered the US Midwest after sealing a merger with Kansas City firm Warinner, Gesinger & Associates (WGA). WGA is an independent accounting firm with 15 employees that specialises in regulatory consulting for the telecommunications industry.

The merger, effective 1 September, sees WGA take on the Moss Adams name. WGA’s Overland Park office becomes the first Moss Adams firm in the Midwest.

WGA principals Bill Warinner and Jarret Rea have joined Moss Adams as partners, and Andrew Denzer has become a director.

Moss Adams is the 11th-largest US firm, employing 1,700 staff and 220 partners. It is a founding member of the accounting association Praxity.
