Moss Adams has entered the US Midwest after sealing a merger
with Kansas City firm Warinner, Gesinger & Associates
(WGA).
WGA is an independent accounting firm with 15 employees that
specialises in regulatory consulting for the telecommunications
industry.
The merger, effective 1 September, sees WGA
take on the Moss Adams name. WGA’s Overland Park office becomes the
first Moss Adams firm in the Midwest.
WGA principals Bill Warinner and Jarret Rea
have joined Moss Adams as partners, and Andrew Denzer has become a
director.
Moss Adams is the 11th-largest US firm,
employing 1,700 staff and 220 partners. It is a founding member of
the accounting association Praxity.
