Morison International has added Indian firm
B.K. Khare & Co. to its association.

K. Khare & Co. has two offices, nine
partners and 150 staff.

The firm specialises in audit, accountancy,
tax, due diligence, forensic and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
services.

Morison International now has three member
firms in India with 14 offices across the country.

In the latest International Accounting
Bulletin India survey Morison International reported revenues
of INR73.9million ($1.6million) for year ended 31 March 2010.

The new firm replaces a Mumbai based firm that
the association lost in the 2010 fiscal year.
