More Stephens Verschelden, the Belgian member
of Moore Stephens International, has acquired Brussels-based firm
Vanstreels, De Bom Van Driessche & Co.

Moore Stephens Verschelden now has 9 partners,
165 staff and annual revenue of €17.5 million ($25 million), which
makes it amongst the top 10 firms in the country.

Moore Stephens Verschelden has offices in
Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent.

Frans Verschelden, the firm’s managing
partner, said Vanstreels, De Bom Van Driessche & Co will add “a
great deal of competence and technical knowledge to Moore Stephens
Verschelden”.
