Canadian accounting firm Meyers Norris Penny
(MNP) intends to merge with WSBG in January.

WSBG, based in Montreal, was established in
1964 and provides accounting, tax and consulting services
nationally. It has 60 staff, including 11 partners.

MNP said the merger creates the first ‘full
service’ professional services office in Quebec and Montreal.

MNP is one of the largest mid-tier firms in
Canada and is member of the Praxity global alliance.
