MNP, a Canadian member firm of Praxity, has
merged with Horwath Leebosh Appel, effective from 1 January
2012.
Horwath Leebosh Appel’s insolvency and
corporate recovery practice Appel & Co. Inc is also part of the
merger that will see 80 staff join MNP.
The merger works well as both firms offer
accounting, tax, business consulting to mid-market private and
publicly traded companies, owners, management and not-for- profit
organisations.
