MHA has launched its own National Training Academy to provide technical and professional skills training to the 2,200 staff in its eight member firms across the UK. The initiative has been designed to provide a range of training materials and courses for staff including professional accountancy qualifications, soft skills such as mentoring, diversity and coaching, and access to a range of national and international learning materials.

Many of the training courses may be completed via a dedicated e-learning platform. The Academy also provides opportunities for staff to contribute to group-wide thought leadership activities, and a learning support network.

Jane Walker-Smith head of Human Resources at MHA said: “The National Training Academy is the first of several initiatives we are creating reflecting the fact we are one aligned national and international brand and we want our staff to experience the spirit of MHA from the moment they walk through the door.”
