Meyers Norris Penny (MNP) has merged with
Canadian information technology consulting firm, Greenridge
Business Systems Corporation (Greenridge).
Greenridge has 44 staff and provides
information technology consulting services to local, national and
multi-national corporations as well as government, including
federal, provincial and municipal governments and crown
corporations.
MNP chief executive Daryl Ritchie said the
merger will take IT consulting to a new level across the firm.
“MNP focuses on strategic mergers for the
benefit of our clients. This merger will allow us to build on our
existing strengths and ensure we continue our client-focused
approach to doing business.”
MNP said Greenridge will remain in its current
locations in Winnipeg, Ottawa and Calgary.
MNP is a Canadian member firm of international
alliance, Praxity.
