MBAF announces merger

Independent US public accountant firm
Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra (MBAF) has joined forces with
New York based firm ERE to create MBAF-ERE CPAs, a division of
MBAF.

MBAF last year reported annual revenue of
$64.2mil whilst ERE topped $21mil in 2009. The merger creates one
of the 40 largest accounting and consulting firms in the US.

The firm has more than 400 employees and
offices across the US which will focus on accounting and tax,
audit, business valuation, fiscal and infrastructure consulting,
litigation support, private wealth services, technology consulting
and trust and estates.
