Former CPA
Associates International member firm MacIntyre Hudson is taking
over as Morison International’s (MI) new UK member firm following
the departure of Tenon last year.
MacIntyre Hudson has annual revenue
of about £30m ($45m) and employs 450 staff, including 53 partners,
in 10 offices across London, South East England and the
Midlands.
Tenon Group acquired RSM Bentley
Jennison last December, opting to join RSM International in the
process.
MacIntyre Hudson offers a full
range of services to entrepreneurial businesses, groups and
multinationals and has experience in full market and secondary
market listing work.
Howard Lewis will be MacIntyre
Hudson’s international liaison partner with MI. The firm will also
be represented on the MI European and North American board of
directors.
MacIntyre Hudson chairman Mike
Brown said the two organisations are well aligned in terms of
culture and strategy.
Morison International chairman Jean-Pierre Larroze added: “We
conducted a thorough review of the UK market, and held in-depth
discussions with a number of strong potential candidates, but felt
that MacIntyre Hudson’s profile provided an excellent fit with
MI.”
