KPMG US has entered an alliance with the
technology business management provider, Apptio.

KPMG will apply Apptio’s software as a service
(SaaS) platform as well as its applications in IT strategy and
chief information officer advisory engagements.

KPMG said the alliance aims to help clients
cut IT costs by achieving greater transparency into their IT
products and services.

“Alliances help us deliver differentiated
solutions, technology specialisation and complementary services
that our clients expect from KPMG,” KPMG head of strategic
alliances and go-to-market partnerships Singh Mecker said.
