KPMG UK has acquired the Cheshire-based
management consultancy firm Xantus.
Xantus specialises in IT advisory services and
reported annual income of £16m ($24.6m) the past fiscal year. The
firm has 100 staff and two offices in Cheshire and London.
“Xantus is a leading player with top class

there is a great fit between KPMG and Xantus in terms of calibre of
people and of clients, and a sense of shared values,” KPMG

said.
