KPMG plans to hire 75,000 graduates across the
world in the next three years.

KPMG predicts it will need to recruit 250,000
new hires over the next five years and graduate recruitment would
play an essential role in meeting the firm’s global growth
strategy.

The Big Four firm said new hires will be made
at all members firms across all business lines.

“Through our global campus recruitment and
ongoing talent development programs, KPMG’s network of member firms
will be prepared with a workforce to meet our clients’ needs
anywhere in the world to drive forward our high performance
culture,” KPMG global head of people Rachel Campbell said.

KPMG UK said in line with the announcement,
the UK firm is planning to recruit 3,000 graduates and school
leavers in three years and 7,500 new hires in five years.
