KPMG Canada has acquired e-discovery and IT
firm Ledjit Consulting.

With the acquisition, KPMG will offer the
Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) digital forensics
analysis system.

All members of the Ledjit team have joined
KPMG and will work with the firm’s existing e-discovery
practice.
