KPMG Botswana has appointed Gosego Motsamai, its first female partner, as its managing partner.
Motsamai joined KPMG Botswana in 1998 as an audit trainee and became an advisory partner in 2014. She is one of only two female partners within Big Four firms in the country.

“My passion for the profession and dedication to this firm is unwavering and I commit to ensuring that KPMG continues to serve public interest to the highest professional standards and deliver excellent service with integrity and quality.”
KPMG South Africa Chairman Wiseman Nkuhlu said: “She is passionate about the development of the accounting profession in Botswana and continuously mentors and supports young aspiring professionals in qualifying as Chartered accountants.”
