KPMG US has acquired the consulting firm
Optimum Solutions. The firm is based in San Francisco, US.

“The addition of Optimum Solutions immediately
helps KPMG address the growing, broad-based demand for Enterprise
Resource Planning and Human Resources transformation capabilities
we’re seeing in the market,” KPMG chairman and chief executive
John Veihmeyer said.
