UK Kingston Smith has appointed Mark Boleat as
chairman and Rob Johnson as operations director of its association
management business.

Kingston Smith Association Management (KSAM)
is part of Kingston Smith and specialises in managing
not-for-profit organisations.

Boaleat will join the UK accountancy firms as
part of the merger of his consulting firm Boleat with KSAM.

Johnson joins Kingston Smith from Johnson
Housing Trust, where he worked as business services manager.
