James Mendelssohn, the former CEO and Chairman of MSI Global Alliance joins Jon Lisby and Chris Rawden at Global Alliance Advisory Services (GAAS), the consultancy set up recently to provide leadership support for the CEOs and Boards of international networks and associations
Lisby said, “I am delighted to have James on board. He had been a competitor for too long! Having such a well-known and highly respected leader added to our team considerably raises our profile and brings some complementary experience to our group, as James has worked with both law and accounting firms during his 18 years at MSI.”
Since stepping down from the helm at the end of 2017, Mendelssohn has continued to serve a number of clients in the professional services world and is looking forward to extending his involvement as part of the GAAS team. He commented, “I have known both Jon and Chris for many years and I see GAAS as unique, being the only consultancy solely focused on the sector. Together we plan to utilise our considerable experience and deliver practical solutions with the benefit of empathy”.
Lisby added: “The world of international networks and alliances is in a period of significant and rapid change with the digital revolution. With Covid -19 now further impacting on global business and connectivity, the challenges to be faced by alliances will be immense. Our aim is to help CEOs and Boards through these volatile and unprecedented times”.
