The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as external auditor for a six-year term. According to insidethegames.biz, the decision was explained to IOC members by Baron Pierre-Olivier Beckers-Vieujant, the organization’s Audit Committee chair.

The six-year appointment followed a selection process that began in August 2018. Future appointments will be synchronised with the Olympic cycle itself and will be for four-year terms.
