INPACT International has added new member
firms in Denmark, France and Chile.

French member firm Ariele has 15 staff, Danish
firm Gutfelt & Partnere has two offices and 22 staff and
Cooperland from Chile has two offices and seven staff.

INPACT International said the board is
currently reviewing two more applications from France, and has also
received interest from Romania, Kazakhstan, Germany and Italy.

According to the International Accounting
Bulletin world survey, INPACT International grew 13% in 2009,
and had 200 offices and 4,087 total staff.
